Chelsea VanOrnum

Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist

Chelsea VanOrnum, RD, LD had a natural interest in wellness and health from an early age. She easily prioritized physical activity but lacked a foundation of nutrition knowledge. Chelsea is an avid reader, loves being outdoors, and appreciates the balance of walking, yoga, and strength training. Sadly, cooking doesn’t come natural to Chelsea, but food is her first love. Mexican and Italian are her favorite cuisines, but she’s not picky!
